scarcity of passengers, for the bus owners.

We are going to solve all these daily bus passengers, and bus owners problems by introducing “BUSBAY”.
This is an online local bus service which makes your daily bus journey and business very smooth. You just

Mission: Our mission is to overcome the hassle of the people involve in bus business and of daily bus
passengers, with the help of an online system, that he can visualize his business and journey.
Vision: Our vision is to make your daily bus journey hassle free, smooth and pleasurable.

Our Responsibility

For Conductor :
1. Conductor will have to keep co ordination with the driver for pick up and drop of the passengers during
journey.

2. Conductor have to check the ticket shown by the passengers and guide him to seat in the right place as per their seat number.

3. Conductor have to verify the passenger by checking OTP and allow him to seat inside the bus as per their seat number.

4. Conductors act as a bridge of communication between passengers and the driver. They might convey information about stops, delays, or other relevant updates.

5. In the event of an emergency, such as an accident or breakdown, conductors might be responsible for assisting passengers in evacuating the bus and ensuring their safety.

Drivers & Conductors:

Bus drivers and conductors will get a fixed salary as a permanent employee of Busbay.
They will also get a salary slip as a permanent employee, which was never before.
We will also manage their income tax file by which they can avail loan from bank for their personal use in
future.
We will also provide personal accident insurance of minimum value of Rs 20 lacs for every bus drivers and
conductors.
We are initially fixed the salary for bus drivers is ranging from Rs 800 to Rs 1200 per day, and for bus
conductors is ranging from Rs 600 to Rs 800 per day, which will depends on the bus route and the number of
bus trips throughout the day.
The salary will be credited in their bank account as weekly or monthly basis as an employee of Busbay
company.
We will also provide personal and family medical insurance of minimum value of Rs 3 lacs cashless
treatment per year for every driver, conductor and their family

Passengers can see all the buses towards his destination when they search in the app.
Passengers can see the live location of the bus, coming to him and throughout the journey.
Passengers can see the estimate arrival time of the bus coming to him.
Passengers can see the availability of bus in the bus route.
Passengers don't need to know that which route’s of bus goes to his destination. He just have to search
the destination in search bar and all the buses towards his destination will show in the app.
Passengers can see the availability of seat in the bus.
Passengers can also see the bus fare and can booked the seat online via online payment mode.
Passengers need not to keep change money, for bus fare which is daily hassle now for bus passengers.
Passengers can also booked the seat in advance.
Passengers will also get the fare discount if he use monthly subscription of seat booking.
